These beautiful mushrooms, naturally growing on beech trees, are cultivated at Tekoa Farms on a sterile substrate under precise climate control.

With long stems and small caps, they form elegant clusters resembling floral bouquets — adding charm and sophistication to any dish.

Their flavor develops after light cooking or sautéing. The texture is firm and retains its shape even with longer cooking.

White and brown shimeji mushrooms are nearly identical — differing only in color.

They’re great in stir-fries, risottos, pastas, soups, pastries, and more.
