A mushroom risotto mix contains 3 types of mushrooms and the risotto rice, allowing you to prepare a creamy, mushroom rich dish, with a wonderful aroma, just like in Italy!

It is well known that preparing risotto is complicated and requires great skill. For this reason, Tekoa Farms developed a unique recipe, written on  the back of the packet, which allows for simple and quick preparation,  using readily available ingredients and with no need for prolonged cooking – a perfect dish for every occasion!

Health Benefits and Nutritional Value– The dried mushrooms retain their nutritional value during the drying process and therefore are rich in natural Beta- glucan, which was studied extensively and found to stimulate the immune system against cancer and other diseases. They are low in calories and rich in vitamins D, C , K and folic acid, as well as minerals such as, zinc, iron, potassium and calcium.

Recommended Use- A risotto dish can be eaten as a meal or as a side dish for a main course of meat or fish. The mixture does not contain any spices and can be spiced according to taste.
