In nature, Oyster Mushrooms grow on tree trunks. They have a “meaty” texture and “woody” aroma.

Health benefits- Oyster mushrooms have a high level of anti-oxidants, and are known to be beneficial in reducing cholesterol blood levels.

Preparation- The mushrooms should not be eaten raw. They can  be cooked or stir- fried or grilled .
