This ptitim and mushroom dish is a perfect as a side dish or as a main dish for vegetarians and vegans alongside a fresh salad.

The package contains ptitim, died vegetables, and dried champignon and maitake mushrooms.

Mushrooms maintain their nutritional value during the drying process and thus the dried mushrooms are rich in natural beta-glucans  which have been studied extensively and shown to strengthen the immune system against cancer and other diseases. Mushrooms are low calorie and have been shown to be rich in vitamins C, D and K, minerals such as  Zinc, Iron, potassium, calcium as well as folic acid.
