Ingredients:
- 200 g butter
- 1 – 1.5 cups sugar
- 3 Tbsp neutral oil (e.g. canola, safflower etc.)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 flat tsp salt
- 3 cups white flour
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 packs (3*125 g) partially crushed blueberries

Method:
- Preheat oven to 200 Deg C.
- Place the sugar in a steel bowl. Break and crumble the butter into the sugar with a fork. Mix until creamy. Add the oil and mix.
- Crack the eggs into the butter/sugar and mix until thoroughly creamy. Add the vanilla and mix.
- In a separate bowl mix the baking powder, salt and flour.
- Pour the flour mixture little by little into the butter mixture while mixing and intermittently adding the milk.
- Fold the blueberries into the batter
- Bake until done- about 20-25 minutes.
