Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 basket of chopped shiitake mushrooms, stalks removed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 shallots
- 2 green onions
- salt, black pepper
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley leaves
- salt, black pepper
Method:
- Cut the mushrooms gift – Taki eighths. Slice the shallots into thin slices, well cleaned green onions. The white part of green onions and finely slice the green part cut diagonally.
